Of Counsel, Morrison & Foerster
I am delighted to have been short-listed for this year’s Future Leader Award. Unfortunately, despite increased focus on diversity, law remains predominantly male at the senior levels. I feel a responsibility to help change things and be a role model for women. In particular, to demonstrate that being a mum and working part time does not need to be an obstacle to success.
