Cynthia Davis has over 18 years of experience having worked with organisations including BT, Carphone Warehouse and ITV, said “The reason I set up our business was to help organisations achieve their diversity strategy and help them to identify ways in which they can better attract and retain talent.

BAME Recruitment work within the Private and Public sector offering a unique service that is tailored to each organisations diversity imbalance.
