The 2017 outline timetable
The Women in the City Future Leaders Award has a rigorous 3-stage judging process:
22 June: Annual Award Ceremony
The 5 Future Leaders Award Finalists are announced at this event. The Future Leaders Award Winner 2017 will be selected from these 5 Finalists.
Stage 1 – Selection of candidates
Following the closing date, completed Application Forms are sent to the Candidate Selection Panel who then identify the candidates to go forward to the next judging stage.
Stage 2 – Selection of shortlisted candidates
The Adjudication Panel select the 10 shortlisted candidates going forward to interview by the Main Judging panel.
Stage 3 – Selection of the five Finalists and Winner
The Main Judging Panel Interview the 10 shortlisted candidates w/c 22 May and select the 5 Finalists and the overall Future Leaders Award Winner.
Who are our Judges?
The Candidate Selection panel will consist of a range of people made up from previous Future Leaders finalists and wnners , representatives from our sponsors and business people who understand gender diversity issues, leadership and come from a variety of sectors.
The Adjudication Panel is made up of four experienced leaders who together have sound knowledge of gender diversity issues, business leadership and the demands of working in large organisations.
The Main Judging Panel is made up of senior business leaders from a range of backgrounds and experiences.
