Jacqueline urrently leads the new Guild of Human Resources which brings together business & HR leaders as City employers to solve D&I issues. As the FCA’s HR director and member of its Executive Operations & Diversity Committees Jacqueline has driven a complete overhaul of all recruitment, development, performance and reward systems. She has also updated two thirds of the organisation’s 3,500 strong workforce and ensuring near gender parity is achieved at every level. In 2016, the FCA became an early signatory to the Woman In Finance Charter. The FCA has also publicly committed to gender and BAME targets for its senior leadership.
Richard Cronin founded Balcroft, an operational consulting firm, four years ago by bringing together a group of highly respected and principled C-suite executives from FTSE type firms. His vision was to grow a company whose values underpin everything it does and to promote gender equality and empower women.
