The search is on for the 2017 Women in the City Future Leaders Award Winner.

Candidates should have the potential to make a strategic contribution to senior leadership teams, to reach C-suite positions, to have a seat on the Executive Board or become Partner in professional firms.

They will need to:

Demonstrate leadership potential
Show commitment to personal and professional development
Be making a contribution beyond their functional, technical or specialist area
Have strategic networking capability
Show a heightened sense of self-awareness

The Winner will be offered a complimentary place on the ICAEW’s Women in Leadership Programme.

This is a national Award is open to women (any sector, any function, any role) working in the UK for organisations (private, public or third sector) employing over 250 people.

Key Dates

Nominations Close: 31 March (Self-nomination acceptable.)
Applications Close: 21 April
Shortlisted Candidates Interviewed: w/c 22 May
Award Dinner: 19 June
