Utilising her natural acumen for business over the last fifteen years Tracy has repeatedly built highly successful and dynamic commercial finance teams. Teams focused on delivering real value and developing commercial acumen in the business operation. Tracy currently leads the commercial Finance team for Kuoni Global Travel, working globally with many diverse cultures, in a very challenging and dynamic market.
It is an exciting opportunity to be nominated and shortlisted for the Future Leaders award. Having a passion for creating environments which support and nature women to be successful and reach their potential, being involved with Women In the city is a great honour. I hope to make the women in my life proud and meet lots of new inspirational women along this journey.
