Profile

Lynne Wells is a principal associate at international law firm Eversheds.  She advises on ground-breaking energy and infrastructure projects in developing markets, and has recently spent time working in East Africa.  She is passionate about working on projects that have a significant social and economic impact.  She is a committee member of the Eversheds Gender Working Party and the Women in Law London network, and an active member of Legal and Businesswomen for Africa.

I am delighted to be shortlisted for the Future Leaders Award.  The nominations process was a great opportunity for me to reflect on what I have achieved so far, and to evaluate the challenges and opportunities that are before me.  I am committed to leading new initiatives and ideas that support women to reach the top of their organisations.
