Profile

Debs is the Head of Engagement for the Financial and Professional Services Sector in Welsh Government, working with businesses to promote Wales as a leading investment destination. Since joining the organisation in 2011 Debs has led teams delivering legislation, digital improvements and policy priorities.

Debs is a workplace mentor and coach, and active member of Welsh Government’s Disability and Accessibility Support network.

Women in the City’s work to empower women is inestimable, and being recognised as a Future Leader in the work I am so passionate about is a privilege. I work hard to be a positive role model through leading my team in delivering decent jobs and economic growth for Wales, and by mentoring aspiring young leaders to realise their potential.
