Mobile Services Product Manager, Xchanging
I am truly honoured to be selected as a finalist among such an impressive group. Women in the City does excellent work in recognising female success, and being shortlisted for the Future Leaders Award has heightened my confidence to strive for even my most ambitious goals. Women in the City also inspires young women to aim for leadership roles across a range of industries and I am proud to be a part of that.
Alex graduated from Cambridge in 2008 where she read Law and English literature. She joined Xchanging as a Management Graduate in 2009 and now holds the position of Mobile Services Product Manager.
She leads an internationally situated and cross-disciplinary team and is responsible for setting mobile strategy, managing significant budgets, delivering mobile applications, generating revenue and building a brand for this new venture. Since joining Xchanging, she has been responsible for managing change in the Sales, Service and Relations functions, and leading change in the Insurance Software business, Xuber.
Alex demonstrates daily that she is a future leader; she is highly committed and radiates calm authority and confidence. She transcends barriers of seniority, experience and gender whilst committing to developing herself and the careers of those around her.
Alex focusses equally on her personal and professional goals and is a passionate about communities and how they interact – both personally and professionally.
